[CQ-Contest] 7QP - thank you

I've been heads deep in projects for the past two months. Coming up
for air, I realized I haven't sent out a thank you to the Central Oregon
DX Club for the 7QP plaque (which was entirely unexpected).

Thanks guys! It's a great test and you do a good job organizing it.
I know I had a blast and hope to be on again next May.
