[CQ-Contest] WAE QTC tactics

Every time I tuned 20 and 15 Meters all I could hear were EU guys taking QTCs. 
I waited, then called, got beat by another station who proceeded to send them 
10 QTCs. And so on. So I just quit. No certificate for me. This definitely was 
a contest for the Big Boys, not for somebody just trying to work a few people.
