Regional, distance and time.. make up a very interesting contest... and THAT
evaluates not only a station..but also the operator. Now.. to make it
completely fair.. do it at qrp power.oh .. wait.. there already is a contest
like that.. all set up.. and on the air!! And .. it just started for this
season.. check it out..
