Folks, there already is competition among all S & Pers. You just have to
set your goal appropriate to how you are competing. Top 20 in your category
or top 5 in your state in your category or whatever.
In WPX and CQ WW, the logs are also publically available. So, you can
create your own contest within a contest with those logs. Its pretty clear
in the logs whether anyone ran.
Pick a few like minded contesters and set up personal "whos the best"
challenges.
Lots of ways to motivate if you are interested.
And there is a way to work other S & Pers, its called pick a frequency, CQ,
and get spotted.
