[CQ-Contest] who works the most NILS?

Recently (here) someone speculated about what category has the higher rate of 
NILs

Here is the answer (hope this lines up).  These are the average rates per 
category of entry.

           NIL          CNIL
QRP    0.83%      0.62%*
LP       0.62%      0.52%
HP       0.69%      0.73%


* = one outlier (15.68%) removed from data

As a reminder a NIL is call you claimed but nothing close appears in the other 
guy's log.

A CNIL is NIL you caused in another log (He logged you, you didn't log him).
