[CQ-Contest] NAQP Suggestion

Another suggestion for NA stations in the NAQP contest is to work as many DX 
stations as you can.  They are worth 1 point each.  You are not limited to 
working North American stations, so by working DX you can rack up some points.

The downside to this, however, is the poor band conditions we are now 
experiencing.  In times of good conditions, NAQP can and has been won by 
running tons of DX stations.
