[CQ-Contest] POLSKA award

A few months ago a post here was wondering if anyone else was having difficulty 
obtaining a response from PZK concerning this award. I sent a response to the 
sender that I had applied in January 2017 and had heard nothing. Yesterday (28 
Dec), I received an email from SQ9V (new POLSKA Award mgr) that my certificate 
was in the mail and requesting a reply when it was received. I am posting this 
here in case others are also waiting.
