This month there have 81 posts on cq-contest and 65 of them were about the newer digi FT4 and FT8 modes. I have noticed the same trend on other lists too. The top band group claims that there is now little CW activity. I have never operated FTx but it appears to have taken over ham radio. I hope this is not the case and we can still enjoy SSB and CW for years to come.
