[CQ-Contest] Writelog function keys ?

Hi All

        Well I changed computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  I tried 
a few things but can not get
        function keys to send cw?  Writelog will change frequency and 
all but Function keys do nothing.
        I bet it's something simple but I am not getting it.
