[CQ-Contest] W9IU SK

I was reading through the list of Silent Keys in the most recent QST and
was saddened to see Don, W9IU in the list.  I remember working him in quite
a few contests and had to ask him if he was in Bloomington, IN due to his
suffix.  He wasn't, he was in Kokomo.

I will miss hearing him on the air.
