[CQ-Contest] WARC band contesting is a thing now

Personally, I think supporting any contesting activity on the WARC bands 
reflects poorly on the contest sponsor
and demonstrates a basic lack of understanding of why the WARC bands have 
remained free of contest activities.
We have enough bands to contest on now.      Chasing DX is fine but let the 
WARC bands remain a refuge from the
bedlam of contesting weekends.      Shame on the sponsors.
