[CQ-Contest] CW Sprint Preliminary Results - Correction

It was noticed that the (cough, cough - ahem) editor made an error in
copying and pasting a couple of the scores from the log-checked data.  This
has been corrected in the posted results at
https://ncjweb.com/north-american-sprint/.

K0EU is the Low Power Winner
N6MJ is the Less Than 12 Band Changes winner
