[CQ-Contest] The entire color code

We used spotting assistance at K0HB multi-op SSB Sweepstakes effort this past 
weekend.  In the N1MM+ bandmap the displayed callsigns are color-coded.
Tuning across the bands, I finally deciphered that color code.
Grey:  This station is loud.
Red:  You can't hear this station.
Green:  You can't hear this station either.
Blue:  This station can't hear you.
