[CQ-Contest] Loss of Confidence

I can participate in any contest using my rules, not the contest rules. I can 
send 59/599 or not send 59/599. And I can watch the cluster spots. And I can 
run 1 watt over the legal limit.
But I won't submit a contest log because somewhere I broke the contest rules. I 
still had fun and may have given out a multiplier to assist other contesters. I 
know this will agitate others but I don't care.
