YES! When adding monitors to my shack to extend the screen of my laptop,
and to display spectrum from Elecraft P3/SVGA, I chased down several
different mounts that clamp to a desk with a vertical post, and to which
very versatile swivels can be added. They are designed for monitors with
the standard VESA mount, which attaches the table-top mount with four
screws.
