[CQ-Contest] "Elmer" & ?

I am not sure if I asked this here, and if I did sorry for the repeat!
I honestly do not remember any answers if any were offered.

Ok an "Elmer" is a ham, that helped beginner Amateurs get on the air,
or even long time Amateurs, the "Elmer" helps them try something new.

So we have a Nice name "Elmer" for this helper person.

But the people that this "Elmer" helped, what is a good name for them?
