The meaning of the "activity count" that I used to determine which USA
callsigns should be included in the country file(s) has changed. It
is now based on "annual rate". The result was that many USA callsigns
were dropped from the country file, but just as many (if not more)
were added. You can read more about this on the developers' section
of the SCP website.
