Did you try putting a torroid on the DC power cord (very close to the
coaxial power plug) yet? This is standard operating procedure around here
with all wall warts that get plugged into equipment with clocks and
microprocessors in them.
It can also keep your HF RF energy (getting into the house AC wiring) from
knocking your router offline.
