[RFI] Flourescent replacements

Realizing that flurescent lamps have been (traditionally) noisy, I was 
wondering if any of the new-generation screw-in flourescents that are 
available at Costco, Home Depot and Lowe's are any quieter.  Can I use 
them in my house and not worry (too much) about the possibility of noise 
generation?
