Hello Ford,

The voltmeter I use is from Radio Shack. It is called a 24-Range Digital
Multimeter, Model 22-805 with PC Link. The software and interface cable are
included with the unit. 

I believe this model is no longer sold by Radio Shack, but I think a newer model
is available to do the same thing. (I am not sure.) Check their Web site.

I was amazed at what one could get for $50 or so. The software itself is worth
that much, just my opinion.
