Is there a good source of "older style transformer ballasts"
to retrofit modern fixtures?

We have florescent fixtures throughout our new house
located over each window, purchased from Lowes and
Home Depot, so I'd guess they are all using the newer
noisier ballasts -- and if not noisy now will get that
way.

Thanks! doc
