It would be interesting to check out the circuit.

One wonders if they are using a source ocscillator in
a Ham band and are multiplying it up.

Since they are jamming multiple bands they otherwise
could be using a bandhopping technology.

It just seems unlikely that they will care about stray
RFI.

These transmissions *will* harm users whose cellphones
are silently serving as wireless modems for their laptop
computers.

I wonder if they jam GPS devices?
