If it's the same thing I'm hearing, it peaks about 120 degrees from 
Phoenix area.  This afternoon, someone posted on the reflector that it 
was S9+40 in FL, while from here I was hearing it about S8 to S9...

Haven't plotted the azimuths yet, but sounds like it's closer to the 
east coast.  Cuba maybe?
