I missed your o.p., did you say that you have pulled your
main breaker and eliminated *everything* in your home?
Also, even then you'd want to check the meter box and
any associated devices that may exist prior to your
breaker panel.
I have some noise here I need to chase down as well ...
I fear it is electric fences down the road ... solving
that could get exciting. Sigh.
