Don't really see what it matters if it is wrapped or not.  All you need to 
do is copy and paste the entire actual url into your browser and it works 
just fine.  I do it all the time and just did it again to verify that there 
wasn't something funny about this one.  Nope.  It works.  Every thing 
between the <> .
