The XYL really would like a new microwave. :-)
Not as a birthday or anniversary present, but just because you love her!
Maybe one with convection, or more power, or something.
And the old one -- well, it could be given to a needy person (that lives
miles away).

Someone else may have a better suggestion...

Subject: [RFI] GE Microwave

I've had a problem with nose on 10M for some time. It is continiuos and
starts around 26 Mhz and drops off around 31.5 Mhz. In AM more I hear S7
wide band white noise with an embedded a/c buzz.

This weekend I isolated the problem by turning the power off to the house
and doing a biniary search with the breakers until I found that it is an
in-built GE Microwave model PVM1870DM3SS.

If does have an option to turn off the display but unfortunately that didn't
help. For now it is unplugged and my noise on 10M is S0.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
