If patched inline with the TX output, the ANC-4 is a nasty key-click generator. No problem if it's in an RX antenna patch point. I have no experience with the MFJ.

Note that ANY noise canceller can only work on noise arriving from one direction at a time. If you have multiple sources, you can kill only one of them at a time.
