Most states or provinces probably have similar laws about disclosing major
defects.

Hi Ed,
By law, here in Ontario, a real estate agent is mandated to tell any & all
prospective buyers of a home if the place was ever the site of a violent death
(as in murder), or if there was ever a grow-up on the premises...
