[RFI] 10.14016 interference - New woodpecker?

There's something one right now at 
10.14016 (center), 20 KHz wide which on 
the scope is comprised of essentially 
vertical lines 50Hz apart. 

It's coming from N.N.E. of me in CT. One 
helluva lot of power in this signal.

Haven't seen this one before.
