YES. The fact that capacitance is a GOOD thing, because it combines with 
the number of turns to move the resonance down to where we want it. 
Indeed, I've never said that capacitance limited the performance of 
chokes -- that was W1HIS, in a piece he wrote about ten years ago, and 
he was wrong. :) I trust that he's learned better since.
