Note Solar Edge is not based in the US. This indicates, as far as FCC is
concerned, the 'solar optimizers' are imported through Customs as a
'component'. As such, there is no requirement for passing regulations or
requirement for an FCC sticker (Class B - home and small office). FCC
places no regulations on 'components' imported through Customs. In this
case, the FCC holds the system integrator, the installers and companies
that sell the system composed of a collection of 'components', responsible
for the EMC/RFI solution. Likely, they do nothing on sale or
installation. The sales and installers are responsible and, of course,
they do nothing.

Again, we're stuck with a paper tiger with the FCC of today.
