If you have control over what goes in the RV, you might want to specify an IOTA 
Engineering converter.  This is their page:

I use an IOTA DLS-75 to power my shack.  Its RFI quiet.  I heard about this 
company about 15 years ago, perhaps on this list.  I've used their PS/Converter 
in my shack for about 3 years now.

What a timely question....  I am planning the install of the radio "station" 
(spot) in our new RV currently being built.
I'm guessing pretty much all the same rules apply to your RV as your house....
Except with the RV, you have a little more access to the "mains".
