[RTTY] No voto on the 160 Meters.

First of all .
I am not a RTTY contester.
I know not to many hams have 160 Meters.
Not to many contacts will be made on that band.
Most of us live in the city, with no room for 160 meters or for that matter a 
80 Meters or 40 Meter beam.
Therefore the city dwellers have a big handy cap already, they do not need a 
bigger handy cap.
