seems like both RTTY and CW have EQUAL privileges to use this portion of the 
band, probably splitting the band (7030-7040 for rtty and 7040 and above for 
CW) would be a better solution than complete abstinence ???

I realize the Sprint requires people to jump frequency after completing a 
contact and not hold a frequency so the old listen before you leap might not 
work so well with this contest combination.
