[RTTY] DXP-38 & WF1B RTTY502

Any one know what "runtime error 216" means?
Any quick start configurations to get modem talking to rtty502?
The dxp-38 shows up in the rtty.ini file on com1. 
when i try to run the program i get the "216" error.
Any help?
