Good question. NCCC NS and the RTTY Sprint have set the precedent of
working dupes, for credit, to provide more activity. For this practice,
let's follow the NAQP rules exactly, i.e., dupes are zero pointers. If
there aren't enough new stations to work in the practice, though, let's feel
free to dupe each other.
