[RTTY] 3830 score submission site down???

Is anybody having a problem logging on to the 3830 score submission site to 
post their scores for the NAQP RTTY this past weekend?  I have tried and get a 
"Page cannot be displayed" message and a couple locals also said they were 
having similar problems.
