[RTTY] China LoTW confirmation received

I uploaded my April 2007 QSO's to LoTW last week. Today I checked my "Most 
recent QSLs". It was a nice surprise to see a confirmation from Vange Yang - 
BD7KLO for our 20m RTTY contact! This is my first China confirmation via LoTW!

I do have a hard-card QSL from China. Using the postal route took 17 months to 
exchange cards with BY1QH at Tsinghua University.
