[RTTY] may be a little off tiopic

?I am disabled and do not have a lot of money. However I have a shortwave radio 
and an HT and would like to have a program that would convert the RTTY and 
Morse code for me. I am hoping to find something Free. But if not I guess I can 
wait until money gets better.
