If you are using AFSK transmission for RTTY and your radio is in LSB, then you
have to add 2.1 kHz to the frequency usually if the
spot came from someone using FSK. If you are on LSB, you would look for them
around 10142.1 on your dial.

Okay guys, thanks for the help. I tuned around and never decoded the Sudan
station. 10140 kHz, yup that's where I was looking.
Maybe I just wasn't receiving them. Okay :)working split made a lot of sense,
