[RTTY] Windows XP and N1MM and serial port FSK

Is anyone experiencing their rig keying up several times when starting up Win 
XP? And then keying up for several seconds when N1MM is started? I have to 
have the rig into a dummy load until after N1MM finishes starting so that I 
don't potentially interfere with a QSO.
