The Band Plan Committee just received a interesting suggestion for dealing
with interference from packet robots. See below.

It seems that they have little regard for the rules. As such, I propose that
we "allocate" frequencies OUTSIDE of the amateur bands for them. I mean...
who cares? If they are going to break the rules, let's have them break the
rules on someone else's turf.
