[RTTY] I was wrong

It was Roanoke Division, NOT Atlantic Division.  I was not speaking of 
Bill Edgar, N3LLR, whom I've never had any dealings with.  I lived for 
years in N. VA, just across the river from the Atlantic Division, and it 
was in conversation as often as Roanoke division was.
My apologies to all.

My original comments apply to the ROANOKE DIVISION DIRECTOR.
