Yes very good news, but...
Be mindful of the 17M and 12M RTTY segments. The JA upper band limits on
each of those bands are 10 kHz higher than for the US.

Starting January 5, 2015 the following RTTY/data frequency expanded
allocations go into effect in Japan.

80m 3520 - 3575 kHz
40m 7030 - 7100 kHz
30m 10130 - 10150 kHz
20m 14070 - 14150 kHz
17m 18090 - 18120 kHz
15m 21070 - 21150 kHz
12m 24910 - 24940 kHz
10m 28070 - 28200 kHz
Notice especially the wider bands on 80 and 40.
