Actually it may be a good idea. I just got a private email letting me 
know some of the
ACDS users are not happy with the prospect of even more narrow bandwidth 
signals
encroaching on their "channels". The question still remains though, 
where are all the
techs? Stuck on 2m? Why aren't they upgrading to get more on HF? It 
won't bother me
if they do get digi privileges, just passing on what the FCC did with 
the last petition.
