I have so many things that tend to break down and need to be checked on the
practice sessions, a 4 hour run on Thursday would be just about right! :)

Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7):
Thursday 3pm to 3:30 pm
and
Thursday 8:30pm to 9pm
Correct?
