[RTTY] N1MM+ an d 2tone and/or mmtty

I've been fighting the setup for over an hour. Near as I can tell I have 
n1mm+ configured according to the docs. Still, I can't get it to use 
mmtty or 2tone. The only DI window that comes up is mmvari. There is no 
option in Window->Digital Interface that allows me to select a DI 
window. I've rebooted and still no joy. 64 bit Windows 7.
