[RTTY] ARRL 10M RTTY test

Hi.

Just been told that the results from 2016 are out. Noticed that I 
was First G and First Europe, so quite pleased about that.
However, checking back through years past, I did notice that Europe 
had never been favoured in this contest with a plaque!  I did 
download my Certificate however.
