Hello TT Fans,
My favorite mic for the last 30 years has been a boom mounted
Electrovoice 664 dynamic cardioid...
Well, the on air reports on my OMNI-VI + and the 664 have not been
favorable...
So I tried a D-104, worse, a Turner 350 mobile cermamic, much better
than the 664, and the number one mic!!!!
A Radio Shack electret ($1.99) element used as a boom mic in a
headset...
Whats wrong with this picture????
What is the best mic for the OMNI-VI?
Two categories
1) ragchewing (best sound)
2) DX and contesting. (best results)
