This ought to be in some FAQ somewhere!
Basically they share the same receiver strip (per Ten Tec)
The II added a (memory) keyer and an audio bandpass filter
(very useful). And, this may be controversial, but I think
the II is nicer looking :-) .
There are some other small differences like the I has a switch
for the RF Amp and the II has an "attenuator" position.
Essentially, the II is a small upgrade, the audio bandpass
is very nice for CW and the keyer works well. Both of these
features can be added outboard with the Corsair I, if you
find a good deal, the rig is a solid performer.
